Excellent cooking is a source of pride to us. Professional chefs are at work to guarantee excellent quality of food and to satisfy all tastes.

Strong flavours from the Maremma - game, boar, mushrooms and asparagus - or delicate but tasty dishes prepared using fresh fish: a traditional cooking, with creative matches to satisfy even the more demanding palates.

In winter, the fireplace of the “Capanna del Buttero” restaurant is the ideal place to have lunch or dinner enjoying the magic of a lighted fire. Inside this traditional hall, you can admire the old working tools and accessories used by the famous cowherds of the Maremma, while eating a tasty meat grill and sipping a glass of red wine.

As winter comes to an end, everyone searches for open air spaces:  this is why we propose the “Solengo Restaurant” large veranda with scenic view, overlooking the Lazio coast, the Tuscan Archipelago, the rocky promontory of Monte Argentario, and Giglio, Elba, Montecristo and Giannutri Islands, and the Tolfa Mountains too. In certain periods, when the air is clean and the Tramontane blows, you can even see the northern coast of Corsica.
